Weekly Update

Psalm 22:27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

Hello Everybody,

It's the time of the year for preacher’s conferences. Last week I had the privilege of attending the 4th annual conference at Pastor Pepe's church. It was so good to see the different Mexican pastors from as far away as Monterrey (about a four hour drive). This next week Brother Oziel will be hosting a conference as well. Pastor Eddie Flowers, from Conway Arkansas, and his group will be heading up this annual conference. Please pray for their traveling safety and that God will bless.

While at the conference, we had the honor of meeting a man by the name of Troy Hardy. He travels throughout Mexico all year long, making a circuit, visiting over one-hundred pastors taking Bibles, John/Romans and tracts to them, as well as assisting with different building projects. He came and stayed with us for a couple of days and we really enjoyed him. Please pray for him that he'll continue to have safety on the road and that God will use him greatly to encourage folks as he goes along.

Our friend Emmanuel left yesterday afternoon to start a new chapter of his life in Phoenix, Arizona. He was asking about churches in that area, so if any of you know of any good, strong, churches that you could recommend, please let us know and we'll forward them on to him.

We're still looking for a building for the new mission project. We went to see another one this week, still on the North side of town, but in an area where there are no other churches. It's in a poorer neighborhood, so that means lots of people in a small area. Brother Jose is checking into the availability of the building and the price. Please pray earnestly that God will lead us to the building that He has for us before we leave for the states next week. This will allow us to hit the ground running when we return to Jerez in March.

As we mentioned, we'll be traveling next week. Please remember to pray for us. Thanks for all you do for us and for this ministry. Every time you pass a Taco Bell, remember the Benedict family and pray for us and the work here.

what's a blog?

Web Definition:
Blog -- (weB LOG) - A blog is basically a journal that is available on the web. The activity of updating a blog is "blogging" and someone who keeps a blog is a "blogger." Blogs are typically updated daily using software that allows people with little or no technical background to update and maintain the blog. Postings on a blog are almost always arranged in chronological order with the most recent additions featured most prominently.
